Both the Ministry of Health of the Nation and the Secretariats of Health and Community Control Buenos Aires explained that, to open one of these places, just deal with a business qualification under "direct personal services in general," which includes skills such as sign manicure, pedicure and cosmetology.

As the only extra requirement, the premises must be registered in the register of medical waste from the Directorate General of Environmental Quality Control. Although no controlled aseptic conditions with which it operates. Nor is there a rule authorizing or prohibiting a tattoo artist or piercer make an intervention in the minors without parental consent.

A motif difficult to remove

Delete a tattoo is not a simple practice. "To achieve an effective result is to make an intervention similar to reconstitutive plastic surgery," he explained.

The laser is an option to delete the pictures on the skin. However, it is a costly and takes time. In addition, unwanted effects may occur: the possibility that the laser leave a mark lower, as the alteration of skin color in the treated area.

As for the piercing, get rid of it is much simpler: just remove the tissue and then closes. The drill involves a puncture wound covering an area of skin much smaller than the tattoo. But it is important to disinfect the area for at least three days after removed to prevent infection.
